PARDAM NANO4FIBERS s.r.o.

Uses centrifugal spinning technology for the development and manufacture of nanofibre materials and their application in industry.

Own products and technologies

BreaSAFE Classic FFP3

Nanofibre respirators of the highest protection class, FFP3. They capture viruses, bacteria and other solid particles larger than 0.3 μm with an efficiency of more than 99%. Thanks to atomic forces, smaller particles are also captured and adhere to the nanofibres. When airborne, bacteria and viruses are always bound to other aerosol or dust particles, which increases their size.

Clutex Filter

A domestic filtration device for purifying water of microplastics and other inorganic impurities. In addition to microplastics, the Clutex Filter device also filters out rust, limescale and other inorganic impurities originating from water pipes. The main filtration component of the Clutex Filter domestic filtration device is a replaceable RIFTELEN ®N15 nanofibre membrane that captures particles from 5 µm.

ASTRALPOOL NanoFiber

A filter with a nanofibre cartridge for private pools up to 90 m3, offering high-quality filtration. While the filtration efficiency of the most commonly used sand filters starts at 20 microns, the capture capability of the nanofibre cartridge is 5-8 microns. The nanofibre filter does not have to be removed from the device for cleaning. The automatic system recognises the right time to clean the filter and cleans the cartridge itself.

NnF Ceram®

Inorganic nanofibres used in many products, such as in Li-ion battery anodes and cathodes, in separators for li-ion batteries or fuel cells

NnF MBRANE®

Polymer nanofibre membranes that can be used as separation membranes in many different products, or as filtration materials used for filtering water and air with a very low pressure drop and very high filtration performance, or for use in face masks and filters to protect the public against pandemic respiratory threats

CYCLONE PILOT G2

A pilot-scale spinning device for the development of nanofibres using centrifugal spinning
