Brno, Česká republika, 1. srpna 2023 – Společnost TESCAN GROUP, a.s. dnes oznámila dokončení fúze sloučením společností TESCAN ORSAY HOLDING, a.s. (TOH), TESCAN BRNO, s.r.o. (TB) a dalších dvou  nečinných společností do nástupnické společnosti TESCAN GROUP, a.s., která nabyla účinnosti dne
1. srpna 2023.

Following the changes in the shareholder structure of the TESCAN group that took place earlier this year in connection with the acquisition by Carlyle, this merger of TOH and TB is the first step towards simplifying ownership, organisational and tax structures.

“The globalisation of our corporate culture, the unification of job position structures, the elimination of unnecessary internal company processes, the reduction of costs in the areas of audit, tax advisory and payroll processing, and the simplification of the business agenda for our suppliers and customers – these are all important goals on our company’s journey towards sustainable profitable growth, inspired by the new shareholder structure,” comments Pavel Šustek, CFO of the TESCAN group.
