The Czech Nanotechnology Industries Association invites you to the unique NanoCzech 2025 conference, which will take place on 20 November 2025 in Liberec.

Come and visit the Liberec Region, which gave the world the technology for the industrial production of nanofibres. Discover what is shaping a world measured in billionths of a metre. This year’s edition is dedicated to environmental protection and nanotechnologies with real-world applications.

When and where?

The NanoCzech 2025 conference will take place on Thursday 20 November 2025 from 9:00 to 19:00 in two blocks:

• Morning block (9:00–12:00): Tours of the laboratories of the Technical University of Liberec and of selected nanotechnology companies from the Liberec Region
• Afternoon block (12:00–19:00): Conference and EXPO at the Vratislavice 101010 Cultural Centre, talks, networking and a closing panel discussion

Presentation by the Czech Nanotechnology Industries Association

The Czech Nanotechnology Industries Association is one of the partners of this prestigious event. Speaking at the conference will be Ing. Mgr. Jiří Kůs, Chairman of the Czech Nanotechnology Industries Association and founder of nanoSPACE, with the presentation “Nanotechnology and the Environment”. Jiří Kůs champions Czech nanotechnology and offers a vision of a sustainable, connected future.

WaterTech Innovations

Founded in 2024 and based in Teplice, the company provides solutions for water treatment and purification. It focuses on innovation in water technologies and on improving water quality using advanced nanotechnology processes.

FN NANO s.r.o.

A subsidiary of Advanced Materials-JTJ, the company brings to market the highly effective photocatalytic functional coatings FN NANO®. Indoors they purify the air, while outdoors they provide long-term surface protection and at the same time remove a wide range of pollutants from the air. This is a 21st-century technology that uses photocatalysis to purify the air and remove toxic substances, pollen, allergens and odours. Surfaces remain clean over the long term, free from viruses, bacteria, mould and dirt.

nanoSPACE s.r.o.

The Czech company nanoSPACE was the world’s first manufacturer of anti-mite covers, duvets and pillows featuring a nanofibre membrane. It has been on the market since 2012 and is dedicated to the development and sale of products with a nanofibre membrane for people with allergies and asthma. In 2016 it was the first in the world to introduce anti-mite bedding and duvets made from nanocotton. Since 2021 it has also been a promoter and manufacturer of “slow fashion” and sustainable clothing made from nanotextile.

nanoSPACE Technology s.r.o.

A technology company founded in 2022, dedicated to developing new, innovative solutions in the field of nanofibres. A major achievement is the development of the new Nano Hybrid Spray nT machine for producing nanofibre membranes – the most advanced technology in nanofibre membrane production, enabling the manufacture of both natural and biodegradable nanofibre membranes. These membranes find applications in cosmetics, medicine and other fields.

THERMO INDUSTRY a.s.

The manufacturer of the thermally active render AERO-THERM®, which represents an entirely new solution for the exterior and interior insulation of building walls using nanotechnology. Products from the AERO-THERM® range can not only cut heating and air-conditioning costs but also address the problem of mould formation. THERMO INDUSTRY is a member of the Czech Nanotechnology Industries Association.

eNecont s.r.o.

An innovative company founded in 2015, focused on the practical application of nanotechnologies. On the Czech market it represents key nanotechnologies – photocatalysis with products from the FN NANO® range and thermal reflectivity with products from the AERO-THERM® range. The company has developed the NANO4house systems for revitalising indoor air, which combine photocatalytic coatings with air-quality sensors and UVA light sources. eNecont has been a member of the Czech Nanotechnology Industries Association since 2021.
