Nafigate Park, s.r.o. is taking over the know-how and experience in the development and production of nanofibre materials from Nafigate Corporation, a.s., and at its new production plant in Andělská Hora near Liberec it develops and manufactures laminated nanofibre materials used primarily in the field of air filtration.
Our own products and technologies
N composite roll
A multilayer laminated nanofibre material suitable for the manufacture of both disposable and washable filtering half-masks and face masks of all protection classes.
Nanocleaner
A nanofibre filtration mesh for windows and doors providing effective protection against the penetration of all kinds of allergens and smog from the outdoor environment into buildings.
Nanofibre production technology using the free-surface electrospinning method. We use quarter-operational equipment for development and a fully production machine for volume manufacturing.
Lamination
For the thermal bonding of the individual material layers we use a lamination line from the leading German manufacturer Meyer.
