Jen\u017ee zd\u00e1n\u00ed klame a z\u00a0her se st\u00e1vaj\u00ed pozoruhodn\u011b u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 aplikace. Takov\u00fd by mohl b\u00fdt i osud v\u00fdzkumu t\u00fdmu fyzik\u016f a chemik\u016f v Laborato\u0159i attosekundov\u00e9 fyziky, kter\u00e1 je spole\u010dn\u00fdm pracovi\u0161t\u011bm Ludwig-Maximilians-Universit\u00e4t a Max Planckova institutu kvantov\u00e9 optiky. Pod veden\u00edm Matthiase Klinga si hraj\u00ed se siln\u00fdmi lasery a sklen\u011bn\u00fdmi nanokuli\u010dkami, o \u010dem\u017e ned\u00e1vno sepsali \u010dl\u00e1nek do Nature Communications.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0Attosekundov\u00fd katapult elektron\u016f v\u00a0akci<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vztah mezi siln\u00fdmi laserov\u00fdmi pulzy a nepatrn\u00fdmi sklen\u011bn\u00fdmi kuli\u010dkami je velmi speci\u00e1ln\u00ed. A rozhodn\u011b ne samo\u00fa\u010deln\u00fd. Mohl by se uplatnit ve v\u00fdvoji nov\u00fdch diagnostick\u00fdch postup\u016f v\u00a0medic\u00edn\u011b i leckde jinde. Sklen\u011bn\u00e9 nanokuli\u010dky jsou sice doopravdy mali\u010dk\u00e9, p\u0159esto ale obsahuj\u00ed mnoho milion\u016f atom\u016f. Podle toho, kolik milion\u016f atom\u016f v\u00a0sob\u011b maj\u00ed, se sklen\u011bn\u00e9 nanokuli\u010dky li\u0161\u00ed v\u00a0reakci na laserov\u00e9 pulzy, kter\u00e1 se odehraje v\u00a0\u0159\u00e1du attosekund (\u010dili 10 na m\u00ednus 18 sekundy). Po z\u00e1sahu nanokuli\u010dky laserem vznikaj\u00ed bl\u00edzk\u00e1 pole (anglicky near-fields, \u010dili elektromagnetick\u00e1 pole v\u00a0bl\u00edzkosti povrchu nanokuli\u010dky), kter\u00e1 vyvolaj\u00ed sm\u011brovanou emisi elektron\u016f. A to je attosekundov\u00fd katapult elektron\u016f v\u00a0akci.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00da\u010dinek laseru na sklen\u011bn\u00e9 nanokuli\u010dky je \u00fa\u017easn\u00fd<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ukazuje se, \u017ee siln\u00e9 laserov\u00e9 pulzy maj\u00ed na sklen\u011bn\u00e9 nanokuli\u010dky \u00fa\u017easn\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinek. Sotva nanokuli\u010dka uc\u00edt\u00ed po\u0161imr\u00e1n\u00ed vlnou elektromagnetick\u00e9ho z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed laserov\u00e9 pulzu, tak jej\u00ed elektrony okam\u017eit\u011b za\u010dnou kmitat. T\u00edm se vytvo\u0159\u00ed bl\u00edzk\u00e1 pole u povrchu nanokuli\u010dky. Nejsou nijak z\u00e1vratn\u011b velik\u00e1 \u2013 jejich rozm\u011bry jsou v\u00a0nanometrech a kmitaj\u00ed specifick\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem, podle vlnov\u00e9 d\u00e9lky z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed laserov\u00e9ho pulzu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fyzici Laborato\u0159e attosekundov\u00e9 fyziky testovali chov\u00e1n\u00ed sklen\u011bn\u00fdch nanokuli\u010dek o rozm\u011brech 50 a\u017e 550 nanometr\u016f, kter\u00e9 jim p\u0159ipravili chemici. Pou\u017e\u00edvali p\u0159itom siln\u00e9 laserov\u00e9 pulzy o d\u00e9lce p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 4 femtosekund (\u010dili 10 na m\u00ednus 15 sekundy) z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed na vlnov\u00e9 d\u00e9lce 720 nanometr\u016f. \u010c\u00edm v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed byly sklen\u011bn\u00e9 nanokuli\u010dky, t\u00edm siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed byl elektronov\u00fd katapult, kter\u00fd po z\u00e1sahu laserov\u00fdm pulzem odpaloval elektrony.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Technologie\u00a0by mohla b\u00fdt vyu\u017eiteln\u00e1 v medic\u00edn\u011b i elektronice<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Badatel\u00e9 pozorovali fungov\u00e1n\u00ed katapultu elektron\u016f d\u00edky detektor\u016fm \u010d\u00e1stic, s\u00a0nimi\u017e sledovali dr\u00e1hy elektron\u016f odp\u00e1len\u00fdch katapultem po z\u00e1sahu nanokuli\u010dek laserem. Energie a dr\u00e1ha elektronu t\u011bsn\u011b souvis\u00ed se strukturou bl\u00edzk\u00fdch pol\u00ed kolem nanokuli\u010dek. Podle nad\u0161en\u00e9ho spoluautora studie Thomase Fennela z\u00a0Rostock\u00e9 univerzity je odp\u00e1len\u00ed elektronu katapultem jako snov\u00fd ping pong na povrchu nanokuli\u010dek, kter\u00fd lze ovl\u00e1dat v\u00a0rozmez\u00ed attosekund. Elektrony nejprve opust\u00ed nanokuli\u010dku, jsou p\u0159ita\u017eeny zp\u011bt, pak se odraz\u00ed od povrchu nanokuli\u010dky a dostanou po\u0159\u00e1dn\u00fd kopanec od bl\u00edzk\u00e9ho pole, kter\u00fd je definitivn\u011b katapultuje pry\u010d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pokud v\u011bdci na attosekundov\u00fdch katapultech elektron\u016f v\u00a0medic\u00edn\u011b zapracuj\u00ed, mohla by se tato technologie st\u00e1t z\u00e1kladem cel\u00e9 \u0159ady postup\u016f pokro\u010dil\u00e9ho zobrazov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00a0medic\u00edn\u011b \u010di oza\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1dor\u016f.
