V\u00fdroba automobil\u016f v budoucnosti se zm\u011bn\u00ed na<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>personalizovan\u00fd a zak\u00e1zkov\u00fd 3D tisk z nanokompozitn\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f, kter\u00e9 nahrad\u00ed zcela ocel a plasty. Automobil s nanosenzory, kter\u00e9 se stanou jeho \u010didly, se bude s\u00e1m orientovat a p\u0159izp\u016fsobovat okoln\u00edmu prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p>Nano je m\u011b\u0159\u00edtko n\u011b\u010deho velmi mal\u00e9ho. Srovn\u00e1vat jeden metr a nanometr je v pom\u011bru asi jako srovn\u00e1vat velikost zem\u011bkoule a l\u00edskov\u00e9ho o\u0159\u00ed\u0161ku. V nanotechnologi\u00edch se pracuje s jednotliv\u00fdmi molekulami a atomy, t\u00edm je mo\u017en\u00e9 vytv\u00e1\u0159et \u00fapln\u011b nov\u00e9 vlastnosti hmoty. Pokro\u010dil\u00e9 nanomateri\u00e1ly, pod kter\u00fdmi si m\u016f\u017eeme p\u0159edstavit r\u016fzn\u00e9 typy polymern\u00edch kompozit\u016f vylep\u0161en\u00fdch uhl\u00edkov\u00fdmi nanotrubi\u010dkami, anorganick\u00fdmi nanovl\u00e1kny, pop\u0159. grafenem nebo jin\u00fdmi 2D materi\u00e1ly, umo\u017en\u00ed v\u00fdznamn\u00fd pokrok v bezpe\u010dnosti, designu i v\u00fdkonu automobil\u016f. \u010cek\u00e1 n\u00e1s \u00fapln\u011b nov\u00e1 \u00e9ra a technologick\u00e1 revoluce ve v\u00fdrob\u011b. Nov\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly, v\u011bt\u0161inou na b\u00e1zi uhl\u00edku, jsou mnohem pevn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e ocel. Jsou i leh\u010d\u00ed a nam\u00edsto obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed je mo\u017en\u00e9 d\u00edly vytisknout na 3D tisk\u00e1rn\u011b. V t\u00e9to souvislosti se mluv\u00ed o tzv. dematerializaci v\u00fdroby, ka\u017ed\u00fd d\u00edl m\u00e1 nejprve sv\u016fj digit\u00e1ln\u00ed obraz, kter\u00fd se n\u00e1sledn\u011b materializuje 3D tiskem. Odpad\u00e1 sou\u010dasn\u011b nutnost unifikace pro s\u00e9riovou v\u00fdrobu, t\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem bude mo\u017en\u00e9 vyr\u00e1b\u011bt zak\u00e1zkov\u011b, ani\u017e by se zv\u00fd\u0161ila cena. Nanomateri\u00e1ly tak\u00e9 umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed v\u00fdrobu ohebn\u00e9 a pr\u016fhledn\u00e9 elektroniky, m\u016f\u017eeme si nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159edstavit interi\u00e9r vozu, kter\u00fd bude jedn\u00edm velk\u00fdm displejem. Ostatn\u011b \u0159\u00eddit bude um\u011bl\u00e1 inteligence, tak\u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk m\u016f\u017ee b\u011bhem j\u00edzdy relaxovat nebo pracovat.<\/p>\n<p>Nanotechnologie za sebou nemaj\u00ed dlouho historii. V\u011bdeck\u00fd v\u00fdzkum za\u010dal v 80. letech 20. stolet\u00ed s n\u00e1stupem elektronov\u00e9 mikroskopie, ale prvn\u00ed v\u00fdrobky se objevily a\u017e na za\u010d\u00e1tku 21. stolet\u00ed. N\u00e1stup nanomateri\u00e1l\u016f do automobilismu a automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu je tak zat\u00edm st\u00e1le na sam\u00e9m za\u010d\u00e1tku, p\u0159esto existuje u\u017e \u0159ada prvn\u00edch aplikac\u00ed. Nanotechnologick\u00e9 firmy v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice se py\u0161n\u00ed \u0159adou z nich.<\/p>\n<p><b>Superkluzk\u00e9 a supertvrd\u00e9 povrchy<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Sou\u010dasn\u00e1 v\u00fdroba d\u00edl\u016f automobil\u016f je zat\u00edm st\u00e1le zalo\u017een\u00e1 na obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed a lisov\u00e1n\u00ed. \u010cesk\u00e1 firma AdvaMat pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 technologii PVD (physical vapour deposition) a DLC (diamond-like-carbon) povlakov\u00e1n\u00ed povrch\u016f materi\u00e1l\u016f. Bombardov\u00e1n\u00edm materi\u00e1lu urychlen\u00fdmi ionty ve vysok\u00e9m vakuu a odpra\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00edm atom\u016f se vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed velmi tenk\u00e1 a z\u00e1rove\u0148 velmi homogenn\u00ed supertvrd\u00e1 a superkluzk\u00e1 vrstva. Tlou\u0161\u0165ky povlak\u016f se pohybuj\u00ed v\u00a0\u0159\u00e1dech jednotek mikrometr\u016f, ale jednotliv\u00e9 nanovrstvi\u010dky pro zlep\u0161en\u00ed mechanick\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed jsou v\u00a0\u0159\u00e1dech des\u00edtek nanometr\u016f. Radik\u00e1ln\u011b se tak d\u00e1 zv\u00fd\u0161it \u017eivotnost z\u00e1pustek, forem, protahovac\u00edch a v\u00e1lcovac\u00edch n\u00e1stroj\u016f pro tv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed kov\u016f, plast\u016f a keramiky. Povlaky tak\u00e9 zabra\u0148uj\u00ed korozi. Vysok\u00e1 tvrdost povlak\u016f chr\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1stroje proti abrazi skeln\u00fdmi vl\u00e1kny nebo po\u0161kr\u00e1b\u00e1n\u00ed povrchu p\u0159i manipulaci a \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. Je mo\u017en\u00e9 povlakovat na n\u00e1stroje z oceli, hlin\u00edku i slitin AMC. V automobilov\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu se \u010dasto pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed povlaky <a href=\"https:\/\/www.advamat.cz\">AdvaMat<\/a> ke zlep\u0161en\u00ed vlastnost\u00ed forem pro v\u00fdrobu um\u011blohmotn\u00fdch d\u00edl\u016f. Najdeme je i na velmi zat\u011b\u017eovan\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stech v\u00fdkonn\u00fdch motor\u016f renomovan\u00fdch zna\u010dek.\u00a0Skupina DLC povlak\u016f se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 pro zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed spolehlivosti pohybliv\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed lisovac\u00edch forem kluzn\u00fdch d\u00edl\u016f v\u00a0pohybliv\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stech automobil\u016f.<\/p>\n<p><b>Nanooptika tvaruje sv\u011btlo reflektor\u016f aut<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Nezbytnou v\u00fdbavou automobilu je optika, a\u0165 u\u017e v podob\u011b reflektor\u016f nebo osv\u011btlen\u00ed kabiny. \u010cesk\u00e1 nanotechnologick\u00e1 firma <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iqstructures.com\">IQ Structures<\/a> je prvn\u00ed a dosud jedinou firmou na sv\u011bt\u011b, kter\u00e1 zvl\u00e1dla v\u00fdrobu ploch\u00e9 nanooptiky. Vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 se zcela nov\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup navrhov\u00e1n\u00ed a v\u00fdroby optiky s pomoc\u00ed p\u0159esn\u011b vypo\u010dten\u00fdch nano a mikrostruktur. Tyto struktury se um\u00eds\u0165uj\u00ed p\u0159ed LED diody na povrchu skla, plast\u016f a dal\u0161\u00edch transparentn\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f. Nanooptika je ploch\u00e1, extr\u00e9mn\u011b tenk\u00e1, lehk\u00e1, mal\u00e1, ale p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm p\u0159esn\u00e1 a velmi p\u0159izp\u016fsobiv\u00e1. D\u00edky t\u011bmto vlastnostem odstra\u0148uje \u0159adu omezen\u00ed, se kter\u00fdmi se dosud pot\u00fdkali n\u00e1vrh\u00e1\u0159i a konstrukt\u00e9\u0159i. Design\u00e9\u0159i ocen\u00ed jej\u00ed miniaturn\u00ed rozm\u011bry a \u0161irok\u00e9 mo\u017enosti jej\u00edho tvarov\u00e1n\u00ed. Technici ji d\u00edky vysok\u00e9 p\u0159esnosti vyu\u017eij\u00ed v senzorech. V\u00fdrobci automobil\u016f pou\u017eit\u00edm nanooptiky tak\u00e9 u\u0161et\u0159\u00ed na v\u00fdrobn\u00edch n\u00e1kladech a sou\u010dasn\u011b dojde ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed hmotnosti voz\u016f o mnoho kilogram\u016f. Leh\u010d\u00ed auta spot\u0159ebuj\u00ed p\u0159i srovnateln\u00e9m v\u00fdkonu m\u00e9n\u011b energie. U elektromobil\u016f to znamen\u00e1 del\u0161\u00ed dojezd a u aut se spalovac\u00edmi motory nanoptika p\u0159isp\u011bje k pln\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsn\u00fdch emisn\u00edch limit\u016f a \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><b>Nanofiltry proti z\u00e1pachu<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u010cesk\u00e1 republika se py\u0161n\u00ed t\u00edm, \u017ee byla jednou z prvn\u00edch zem\u00ed na sv\u011bt\u011b, kde se nanotechnologie za\u010daly vyu\u017e\u00edvat v pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 v\u00fdrob\u011b. Stalo se to v roce 2004, kdy jsme patentovali Nanospider, stroj na pr\u016fmyslovou v\u00fdrobu nanovl\u00e1kna. Nanovl\u00e1kno je tis\u00edckr\u00e1t ten\u010d\u00ed ne\u017e lidsk\u00fd vlas. Lze ho vyu\u017e\u00edt v biomedic\u00edn\u011b na kultivaci n\u00e1hradn\u00edch lidsk\u00fdch tk\u00e1n\u00ed nebo v podob\u011b membr\u00e1n na filtraci vody nebo vzduchu. Trik je v tom, \u017ee otvory v nanomembr\u00e1n\u00e1ch jsou tak\u00e9 nano, dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed spolehliv\u011b zachytit i velmi mal\u00e9 submikronov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice, kter\u00e9 norm\u00e1ln\u00edm filtrem projdou . Automobilov\u00e9 filtry roudnick\u00e9 firmy <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pardam.cz\">Pardam<\/a> s nanomembr\u00e1nou dopovanou nano\u010d\u00e1sticemi st\u0159\u00edbra a aktivn\u00edm uhl\u00edm maj\u00ed nav\u00edc antibakteri\u00e1ln\u00ed a protiz\u00e1pachovou funkci.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Auta pro alergiky<\/b><\/p>\n<p>V pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch zem\u00edch, kam pat\u0159\u00ed i \u010cesk\u00e1 republika, roste po\u010det lid\u00ed s alergick\u00fdm onemocn\u011bn\u00edm.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b je v Evrop\u011b a\u017e 40 % osob trp\u00edc\u00edch respira\u010dn\u00edmi alergiemi, v\u011bt\u0161inou se jedn\u00e1 o alergii na prach \u010di pyl. Alergie nen\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed jednoho org\u00e1nu, je to celkov\u00e1 porucha imunity ve smyslu zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 reaktivity na n\u011bkter\u00e9 b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 podn\u011bty, nap\u0159\u00edklad prachov\u00e9 rozto\u010de. Prachov\u00fd rozto\u010d pot\u0159ebuje ke sv\u00e9mu \u017eivotu tmu, teplo a potravu, kterou je prach z odum\u0159el\u00e9 lidsk\u00e9 k\u016f\u017ee. Ide\u00e1ln\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed jsou pro n\u011bj m\u00edsta, kde odpo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 \u010dlov\u011bk. Zal\u00e9z\u00e1 do matrac\u00ed, p\u0159ikr\u00fdvek i pol\u0161t\u00e1\u0159\u016f, kde vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed sv\u00e9 kolonie a produkuje alergeny. Otvory b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 textilie rozto\u010d i jeho alergen hrav\u011b projde, jen\u017ee <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/zinyOTIycdY\">pokud se mu do cesty postav\u00ed nanomembr\u00e1na<\/a> chytr\u00e9 \u010desk\u00e9 textilie <a href=\"https:\/\/nanospace.company\/en\/\">nanoSPACE<\/a>, je to asi jakoby se slon sna\u017eil proj\u00edt my\u0161\u00ed d\u00edrou. Antialergick\u00e9 autopol\u0161t\u00e1\u0159ky a polstrov\u00e1n\u00ed s nanovl\u00e1kennou membr\u00e1nou zabr\u00e1n\u00ed pr\u016fniku rozto\u010d\u016f i jejich alergen\u016f na 100% a v kombinaci s v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdm nanofiltrem v rozvodu klimatizace vznikne ide\u00e1ln\u00ed auto pro alergika.<\/p>\n<p><b>Nejmodern\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ochrana laku a skel<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm nanotechnologem je p\u0159\u00edroda, pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 nanotechnologie od zrodu \u017eivota na zemi a pro v\u011bdce je trvalou inspirac\u00ed. Jedn\u00edm z p\u0159\u00edklad\u016f je samo\u010distic\u00ed vrstva na sklech nebo karoserii vozidla vytvo\u0159en\u00e1 pomoc\u00ed nano autokosmetiky \u010desk\u00fdch firem <a href=\"http:\/\/nanotrade.cz\">Nanotrade<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pikatec.cz\">Pikatec<\/a>. Jedn\u00e1 se vlastn\u011b o obdobu efektu lotosov\u00e9ho listu, po kter\u00e9m se kut\u00e1lej\u00ed kapky vody a un\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed ne\u010distotu. Nano\u0161ampon a nanopolitura<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed na povrchu automobilu neviditelnou vrstvu z nano\u010d\u00e1stic oxid\u016f k\u0159em\u00edku, zirkonu a titanu. Na povrchu o\u0161et\u0159en\u00e9m nano autokosmetikou se m\u011bn\u00ed povrchov\u00e9 s\u00edly, kter\u00e9 ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed p\u0159ilnavost kapalin.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Neviditeln\u00fd nano\u0161t\u00edt funguje jako tekut\u00e9 st\u011bra\u010de a z\u00e1rove\u0148 auto chr\u00e1n\u00ed i proti \u0161kr\u00e1banc\u016fm a zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed.
