Kdybychom je ale hl\u00eddali pomoc\u00ed senzor\u016f, bojovalo by se n\u00e1m s\u00a0nimi snadn\u011bji. V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci MIT navrhli nanosenzory, kter\u00e9 mohou sledovat n\u00e1dory a zji\u0161\u0165ovat, jak takov\u00fd n\u00e1dor reaguje na l\u00e9\u010dbu. Nanosenzory jsou zalo\u017eeny na sledov\u00e1n\u00ed enzym\u016f prote\u00e1z, kter\u00e9 zneu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed bu\u0148ky n\u00e1doru, kdy\u017e si ke sv\u00e9mu prosp\u011bchu p\u0159estavuj\u00ed okoln\u00ed tk\u00e1n\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Podobn\u00e9 senzory by v\u00a0budoucnu l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016fm pom\u00e1haly zjistit, jak agresivn\u00ed vlastn\u011b n\u00e1dor je. To je p\u0159itom z\u00e1sadn\u00ed pro ur\u010den\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 l\u00e9\u010dby. Nanosenzory se vp\u00edchnou do okol\u00ed n\u00e1doru, a pak je lze aktivovat magnetick\u00fdm polem, kter\u00e9 je pro zdrav\u00e9 tk\u00e1n\u011b lidsk\u00e9ho t\u011bla bezpe\u010dn\u00e9. Doty\u010dn\u00e9 nano\u010d\u00e1stice jsou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed komer\u010dn\u011b dostupn\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edpravku ferumoxytol, kter\u00fd se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 k\u00a0injek\u010dn\u00ed l\u00e9\u010db\u011b an\u00e9mie zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 nedostatkem \u017eeleza.<\/p>\n<p>Badatel\u00e9 tyto nano\u010d\u00e1stice testovali jako mo\u017en\u00fd dopravn\u00ed prost\u0159edek pro protin\u00e1dorov\u00e9 l\u00e9ky, a b\u011bhem experimentu p\u0159ekvapen\u011b zjistili, \u017ee samotn\u00e9 nano\u010d\u00e1stice dovedou aktivovat TAM (Tumor-Associated Macrophage) makrof\u00e1gy \u2013 \u00fato\u010dn\u00e9 \u017erav\u00e9 bu\u0148ky imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu. Choroba se pak st\u00e1le jen zhor\u0161uje.<\/p>\n<p>Badatel\u00e9 z\u00a0medic\u00edny Washington University v\u00a0St. Louis navrhuj\u00ed, \u017ee by bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 pacient\u016fm vst\u0159ikovat do posti\u017een\u00fdch kloub\u016f nano\u010d\u00e1stice, kter\u00e9 by se postaraly o zlep\u0161en\u00ed jejich kondice. Pou\u017eili k\u00a0tomu nano\u010d\u00e1stice, kter\u00e9 jsou desetkr\u00e1t men\u0161\u00ed ne\u017eli \u010derven\u00e9 krvinky, co\u017e jim umo\u017e\u0148uje proniknout hluboko do l\u00e9\u010den\u00fdch tk\u00e1n\u00ed. Nano\u010d\u00e1stice jsou zalo\u017eeny na peptidu melitinu, kter\u00fd je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed v\u010del\u00edho jedu. V\u00a0laborato\u0159\u00edch LLNL to ale vy\u0159e\u0161ili. Kl\u00ed\u010dem k\u00a0jejich \u00fasp\u011bchu bylo pou\u017eit\u00ed hydrofobn\u00ed povrchov\u011b aktivn\u00ed l\u00e1tky v\u00a0roztoku a nesm\u00edsiteln\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel.
